Annemiek Nass is a lawyer in the Corporate Law practice group and primarily concerned with Corporate Law and Litigation.
Annemiek studied Dutch civil law at the Radboud University Nijmegen and graduated in 2013 in the majors tort law and corporate. Her double masters thesis was concerned with the declaration of liability in accordance with section 2:403 of the Dutch Civil Code. For this work, Annemiek was awarded the Radboud University study prize for writing the best law related thesis of her year. She also obtained a bachelors degree in Notarial law and followed the masters program Notarial law.
Annemiek has worked in business and started as a solicitor in 2014. As of November 2015, Annemiek joined FORT’s Corporate Law Practise Group. In addition to her employment at FORT, Annemiek is a PhD student at Radboud Univeristy and has published several articles.
Annemiek is a member of the Dutch Financial Statements Law Association and of the Dutch Corporate Litigation Association.
