Brigitte Vanatova

Brigitte Vanatova is a lawyer with FORT’s Real Estate practice group. Brigitte is specialised on Real Estate law and International Trade law. She also works frequently for Czech companies and institutions in the field of the international commercial law.

In the field of Real Estate Law she has a broad experience with lease agreements, residential, corporate / office real estate, general terms an conditions, termination, disputes advice and litigation. Regarding International Law she is specilaized in drafting, breach, damage claim, enforcement, termination, advice and litigation.

She closely cooperates with the Czech Embassy and Czech trade organisations. Brigitte was born and raised in Prague (Czech Republic). Besides Dutch, she speaks fluently Czech and English. She studied Dutch Law at the University of Amsterdam.
