Pieter Twaalfhoven (1962) has been a lawyer and a partner in the Property & Government practice group since 1988. He specialises in civil property law, handling large and complex property transactions. Pieter also frequently advises and litigates in the field of commercial landlord and tenant law

He is known for his pragmatic approach, focusing more on solutions than on the legal ins and outs. Peter regularly gives courses to business owners (also in-house). He also works as a lecturer at OSR, where he gives courses in the field of purchase/sale and neighbours’ statutory rights and obligations.

Pieter co-founded FORT together with three partners in 2001.
