Sascha Stavenuiter

Sascha Stavenuiter  is a lawyer in the Property & Government practice group. Sascha has worked as a lawyer for more than 10 years and specialises in administrative law. The focus of her practice is on spatial planning law, environmental law and other areas of (property related) administrative law.

Sascha often advises and litigates in relation to zoning plans, permits and the enforcement of administrative related regulations. She acts for developers, owners, municipalities, investors and housing corporations. Sascha also advises on property transactions (e.g. on administrative law due diligence procedures) and on property management.

Sascha joined  FORT in August 2015. She has worked as a lawyer since 2004 and was previously employed at Stijl Advocaten and Lexence.

Sascha publishes and lectures on spatial planning and all related fields. She also frequently speaks at seminars. Sascha is furthermore an editor of the magazine RVR (Rechtspraak Vastgoedrecht), for which magazine she provides comments on verdicts.

Postgraduate courses:

In 2010 Sascha completed a post graduate course in spatial planning and environmental law at the Radbout University Nijmegen (VMA/ Grotius).

Associations:

She is a member of the Dutch association for environmental law attorneys (Vereniging van Milieurecht Advocaten), the Dutch association for construction law (Vereniging voor Bouwrecht) and the Association for administrative law (Vereniging voor Bestuursrecht).

She also is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and ambassador of the Climate-proof City (Klimaatbestendige stad ), part of the Delta program construction and reconstructuring of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment.
