Asmara is specialised in civil real estate law and commercial contract law.

She advises and litigates on a wide range of subjects, including rent, purchase and contracting, franchise and project development. Asmara deals in particular with rental disputes regarding the lease of hotels, shops and restaurants as well as with construction disputes.

Asmara also has broad experience in drawing up and negotiating commercial contracts, including lease agreements, purchase and sale agreements, franchise agreements and Terms and Conditions.

In 2019, Asmara completed cum laude the Grotius specialisation National and International Contracting. Besides, she is an active member of the following associations or platforms:
