Irene Hofhuis frequently advises and litigates on landlord and tenant law and general real estate law related issues, such as purchase and sale, neighbours’ statutory rights and obligations, ground lease, rights of superficies and apartment rights. She represents retailers, investors and estate agents, among others.

Irene publishes articles, lectures and is a regular contributor to the Tijdschrift voor Huurrecht Bedrijfsruimte.
