Muriëlle Spithoven is specialised in all aspects of employment law. She advises and litigates about a.o. harmonisation of employment conditions, and transition or reorganisation of companies. In addition, Muriëlle assists clients with employee participation issues and advises with regard to dysfunctional and/or sick employees. She also advises on (non-)competition, (dismissal of) statutory directors and (employment and termination) agreements.
Before Muriëlle joined act Fort Advocaten, she worked at a large international law firm in Amsterdam, London and New York for more than 14 years.
