Tijn Coppens works at act FORT in the Corporate Law section. As a lawyer in the field of corporate & commercial litigation, his focus is on the prevention and resolution of corporate and contractual disputes. In this context, he assists shareholders, directors, supervisory directors, certificate holders, among others.

Tijn holds a master’s degree in corporate law from Utrecht University. In addition, he studied at Temple University in Philadelphia, where his studies included American contract law. Before joining act FORT, Tijn worked as an in-house lawyer at a fintech company.
